Hey! I'm Nicole Rodriguez
If dieting has left you feeling frustrated, stuck, or like you’re constantly starting over—you’re not alone. And you’re not failing. Diets are.
I’m Nicole, a registered dietitian who believes that sustainable weight loss doesn’t come from restriction, guilt, or perfection. It comes from building habits that actually fit your life—and support your health long term.
My approach is rooted in helping you improve your relationship with food while working toward meaningful results, on and off the scale. That means focusing on nourishment, consistency, and realistic strategies rather than extreme rules or quick fixes.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the City University of New York (Lehman College) and work with a diverse range of clients. I’m deeply committed to compassionate, culturally competent care and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
Weight Loss Support — With or Without GLP-1 Medications
Weight loss looks different for everyone. Some people pursue it through traditional nutrition counseling. Others use GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®, or similar therapies. Many do both.
I support patients at every point on that spectrum.
If you’re using (or considering) a GLP-1 medication, I help you:
Eat adequately and avoid under-fueling,
manage common side effects,
support muscle mass and metabolic health, and
build sustainable habits that work with medication—not against your body.
If medication isn’t part of your plan, we focus on foundational nutrition, behavior change, and long-term strategies that support weight loss in a realistic, sustainable way.
No pressure. No judgment. Just evidence-based guidance tailored to you.
You won’t find rigid meal plans, diet culture messaging, or all-or-nothing thinking here.
You will find
individualized nutrition guidance,
practical tools you can actually sustain,
education that helps you feel confident, not overwhelmed, and
support that meets you where you are—not where you “should” be.
My goal is to help you stop chasing perfection and start building something that lasts.
If you’re looking for thoughtful guidance, realistic strategies, and a provider who genuinely has your back, I’d love to work with you—and be your biggest cheerleader along the way.
