Boscia Deep Pore Buffing Brush: Bye-Bye Strawberry Nose!
You've tried pore strips, K-Beauty "nose packs," and every detox mask from across the globe. Despite cleansing, toning, and treating, those unsightly pores rear their ugly heads. So what's missing in your fight against dreaded "strawberry nose?" Boscia's Deep Pore Buffing Brush.
What defines "strawberry nose" is up for debate. Pores that are so visibly clogged with blackheads that could pass for the seeds on the fruit, in my opinion, would qualify. In other cases, the nose may be so vibrantly red that it looks ripe for picking. Appetizing, no?
But what about a milder case, in which skin may be dry, but pores are still visible? And what about those pesky, hard-to-clean areas where the nostril meets the face? Behold: Boscia's Deep Pore Buffing Brush.
Sleek, user-friendly, and a mere $16, this little black brush was MADE for those aforementioned hard-to-clean areas. Its tightly-packed synthetic bristles are shaped into a small dome, making it easy to buff away in a tiny, circular motion. This brush is waaaaay more ergonomic than other manual and electronic face brushes! After a month of using the Boscia Deep Pore Buffing Brush, I've noticed the following:
-Reduction in appearance of pores - roughly 40%;
-Decreased need for pore strip regimen (monthly as opposed to weekly);
-Decreased need for BHA solution to treat pores, resulting in less redness.
Essentially this brush is saving me time and money. Win and WIN. Here are a few tips on getting the most mileage out of the Boscia Deep Pore Buffing Brush:
-Use with a gel cleanser. The brush comes with a sample sachet of Boscia's Purifying Cleansing Gel, which works perfectly with the brush. It has JUST the right viscosity the brush needs to work its magic. Cream cleansers, non-foaming cleansers, and thinner gel cleansers DO NOT work as well with the brush. I've tried it with Clarins' Gentle Foaming Cleanser, DermaDoctor Wrinkle Revenge 2, and LaRoche Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel Cleanser, and none worked quite as synergistically with the brush. I'm willing to bet it would also work great with Boscia's Black Detoxifying Cleanser, which is part of this SALE set.
-Take your time! Spend fifteen seconds on each side of your nose, chin crease, and lip line. Another area that's often overlooked? That little area where your ear connects to your face. Get in there, too. Overall you're spending an extra 90 seconds washing your face. Set a timer and get to buffing.
-Take care of your brush! Wash it thoroughly with a bit of cleanser after each use, and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated area. Spray with rubbing alcohol at least once a week. If you're using the brush every day twice a day, it should be due for replacement within three months.
